We provided the civil engineering design, permitting and construction phase services associated with the grading, drainage, site utilities and paving associated with the new Charter School located in in Richmond, Texas.

Additionally, we provided the design and permitting associated with the extension of water and sanitary sewer facilities to the serve the campus.
