Beaumont CAT Dealership and Showroom

We provided the civil engineering design, permitting and construction phase services associated with the grading, drainage, site utilities, on-site underground detention and paving associated with the new Caterpillar Dealership and Showroom located in Beaumont, Texas.

We provided limited construction phase services for this project. These services include attending the pre-construction conference as required by AHJs and providing periodic on-site construction observation as necessary to ensure proper implementation of the design in the field.
